Attendees will receive a conference program, CD-ROM of conference abstracts; a reception on Thursday night, with hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar; breakfast, lunch, and a dinner on Friday; and breakfast on Saturday.

All conference attendees will receive a certificate of participation at the end of the day for their recertification records, indicating that the conference provided 12 contact hours (PDHs) of instruction.
The conference will be held in Broomfield, CO from May 25 - 27 (Thurs - Sat), 2006 at the Omni-Interlocken Resort Hotel, 500 Interlocken Blvd., Broomfield, Colorado. Phone 303-464-3227, Fax 303-464-3250. A block of rooms has been reserved until 5:00pm Mountain Time for Tuesday, April 25, 2006. To ensure room availability and rate, make your reservation by April 25 and specify that you will be attending the TMJ Bioengineering Conference. All reservations must be secured with a credit card. Room cancellations will be accepted prior to 6PM local hotel time, two days (2) prior to the day of arrival.
The special room rate is offered three (3) days prior and (3) days after the meeting dates, for those who would like to stay over the Memorial Day holiday weekend.

We encourage you to send a substitute if you cannot attend. A full refund of registration fees, less a $35 administrative fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by May 18, 2006. No refunds will be made after that date. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.)
KU Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel the TMJ Bioengineering Conference and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
