Call For Abstracts

Dear Friends:

We trust all is well with you during this new and vibrant 2012 year! We are inviting you to submit an abstract to the TMJ Bioengineering Conference (TMJ3), which will take place on Thursday September 20 through Saturday September 22, 2012, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The Program Committee has selected the following thematic areas for this year’s Conference:

• Bone, cartilage, and stem cell biology
• Cell, tissue, and joint biomechanics        
• Biomaterials for bone and cartilage tissue engineering
• Diagnosis and imaging of TMDs
• Treatment and surgery of the TMJ
• TMJ Pain and inflammation

Abstract Submission Deadline: May 30, 2012 

Notification of Acceptance: June 23, 2012

We suggest that you please encourage your young investigators to submit abstracts on new and novel studies. Those abstracts that are based on high risk/high payoff translational research will be given priority to be accepted and presented. Please make plans and register early to join us as the attendance at the Conference will be limited to 100 participants to facilitate more discussion.
